Most braided styles last 4–8 weeks depending on style, hair growth and how well they're maintained at home. Cornrows and kids' styles tend toward the shorter end; knotless and box braids often last the full range.
Appointments are strongly recommended, especially for longer styles like knotless braids or full weaves. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a stylist has availability, so calling ahead helps us plan your visit.
Absolutely — we're a family-friendly studio and welcome kids of all ages. Our stylists work gently and patiently, and we're happy to keep sessions shorter for younger clients.
We can supply standard braiding hair for most styles, or you're welcome to bring your own preferred brand, color or texture — just let us know when you book.
Arrive with clean, detangled, and dry or blown-out hair whenever possible — it shortens your session time and helps the finished style look its best. Eating beforehand is a good idea for longer appointments.
Simple cornrows can take as little as an hour, while full knotless braids, boho braids or weaves typically take 3–6 hours depending on length, density and design complexity.
